- All prices are shown exclusive of tax.
- All our sales are payment on delivery. No discount is given for cash payments. Late payment charges: interest at the rate of 1.25% per month overdue. For all part months, interest payments are due in full.
- Shipping costs are additional; goods are shipped on receipt of the payment. The customer is responsible for checking goods on delivery and making the necessary arrangements with the transporter. Goods are shipped at the receiver’s own liability.
- Any complaint must reach us within 8 days following receipt of the merchandise.
- By express agreement, the Commercial Court of Roubaix-Tourcoing will be the only court with jurisdiction in the event of litigation.
- The goods remain our property until full payment has been made (law 80335 dated May 12 1980).
